Terms of Use

Last updated:

Please read these terms before using NODWIN Pay to provide payment details, submit documents, generate invoices, or track a submission.

1. Supported payment methods

Available routes may include bank transfer, PayPal, and USDT on TRON (TRC-20), as enabled for your event. Availability is subject to the receiving provider, your agreement, and applicable requirements. Choosing a route does not guarantee that settlement can be completed through it.

For PayPal, provide the email address of the authorized receiving account. For cryptocurrency, verify the asset, network, public receiving address, and any required memo or tag. Incorrect destinations may result in irreversible loss. Never submit passwords, private keys, or recovery phrases. Invoice amounts remain in the event's invoice currency; any conversion, network fees, and final settlement amount must be confirmed with accounts separately. Payment method selection does not waive applicable legal or compliance requirements.

2. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of NODWIN Pay, the payment coordination portal provided by NODWIN Gaming ("we", "us"). By using the portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit information through the portal and contact your event coordinator about your payment arrangements. These terms cover portal use; your event rules, prize conditions, and signed agreements continue to govern eligibility, amounts, and payment obligations.

3. Eligibility and representation

You must be legally able to enter into these terms or act through an appropriately authorized representative. If you submit information for a team, organization, or another payee, you must have authority to act for them and share their information. Participants under legal age should contact the event coordinator before submitting information so any required parent or guardian arrangements can be confirmed.

4. Your account and information

Keep your Google account secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Provide accurate, complete, and current profile, tax, banking, and invoice details. Check account numbers, beneficiary names, amounts, and currencies before submitting. Tell us promptly about errors or suspected unauthorized access. Profile changes may not update an existing submission automatically; follow the correction process for that submission.

5. What the portal does

NODWIN Pay collects payment details, supports document and invoice review, and coordinates handoffs to accounts teams. Settlement is processed outside the portal. The portal does not provide a bank account, wallet, or money-transfer service to you.

A submitted, approved, or exported status does not confirm that a payment has been sent or received. Approval means the submission is ready for accounts processing. Creating an account or generating an invoice does not itself establish entitlement to a prize or payment.

6. Review and payment conditions

Processing depends on event eligibility, complete and valid documents, review, and any applicable tax, banking, or compliance requirements. We may request corrections or additional evidence. Timing, withholding taxes, exchange rates, bank charges, and the final amount received depend on your agreement and the parties handling settlement. The portal does not guarantee a settlement date. Contact your event coordinator or payment support about delays or discrepancies.

7. Documents and invoices

Upload only documents you have the right to provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy and suitability of uploaded or generated invoices, including tax details. Invoice generation is an administrative tool and does not provide tax or accounting advice. You authorize us to store, reproduce, review, and share submitted materials as needed to operate the portal, coordinate payment, and maintain required records, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit false claims, forged documents, misleading banking details, or information you are not authorized to disclose.
  • Do not access another user's records, bypass access controls, impersonate someone, or misuse staff privileges.
  • Do not upload malicious content, disrupt the service, or extract personal information without authorization.
  • Use the portal only for legitimate event and payment administration and in accordance with applicable law.

9. Availability and access restrictions

We may maintain, change, or temporarily interrupt portal features. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to protect users, investigate misuse, or comply with legal obligations. Contact support if a restriction affects a legitimate submission. Access restrictions do not by themselves resolve or cancel payment obligations under a separate agreement.

10. Responsibility and third-party services

Google sign-in and external banking and settlement services are subject to their own terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free portal operation or the timing of third-party processing. Responsibility for payment disputes remains subject to the applicable event or commercial agreement and law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Portal ownership

NODWIN Pay branding, software, and other portal materials belong to their respective owners. You may use them as needed to access the service, but these terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse branding. You retain your rights in the materials you submit, subject to the processing permission described above.

12. Questions, disputes, and updates

Contact [email protected] about these terms, access issues, or submission concerns. Include your event and submission reference where available, but do not send full banking details or identity documents in your initial email. For disputes about entitlement or settlement, also contact the party responsible under your event or payment agreement.

We may update these terms as the service changes and will publish the revised text and update date here. Applicable law and any separate agreement govern rights and obligations that these portal terms do not address.
